Silkesvalsen is a folk tune from the region of Dalarna in Sweden. I find this particular brand of Swedish folk music with its haunting minor-key poignancy to be some of the most beautiful music in the world.
The second-fiddle part is my own extrapolation of the melody, and this is my first serious attempt to layer two tracks of myself playing.
